    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
    • Bachelor/Honors

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in vehicle management / transport / procurement

  • Strong familiarity with vehicle documentation, BRTA procedures, tax token, fitness, insurance

  • Experience dealing with vendors, garages, and vehicle showrooms

  • Basic accounting knowledge for handling bills, allowances, and budget inputs

  • Comfortable using Excel / basic MIS / record-keeping systems

  • Vehicle & Fleet Management

  • Keep multiple vehicles running without delays, breakdowns, or compliance issues

  • Documentation & Compliance

  • No missed tax token, fitness, or insurance deadlines—this is critical

  • Vendor & Garage Handling

  • Negotiate repairs, control costs, and avoid unnecessary replacements

  • Procurement Support

  • Understand hire purchase, quotations, comparisons, and approval processes



Responsibilities & Context:

Department: General Services & Transport

Job Responsibilities

  • Company vehicles legal documents updating timely (Yearly Tax, fitness, Insurance etc.) & BRTA related works.

  • Company Vehicles repair & maintenance.

  • Assist HOD for Purchasing of Vehicle for Company.

  • Hire purchase related documentation.

  • Visiting of motor vehicle garage in order to repair company vehicle (when required).

  • Visiting of motor vehicle vendor showroom (when required).

  • Maintenance of Vehicles & related all necessary documents.

  • Vehicles related file/database/Register maintaining.

  • Processing all kinds company car related non – recurring bills.

  • Maintaining all company pool car and supervising drivers.

  • Company car/motorcycle handover or takeover processing.

  • Any kind of non-recurring purchase assigned by HOD for HO or Branch offices.

  • Monthly motor vehicle allowance processing.

  • Assisting HOD in preparing the annual transport budget.

  • Sourcing & appointment of Driver (If necessary).

  • Other Tasks (assigned by HOD).

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

  • Error free- Bills, PRF and Office Notes.

  • TAT- Company car maintenance management and driver supervision.

  • Error free- Purchase or Vehicles files and register book and vehicle legal documents update.
