20 years' experience in banking or in large MNCs/Telecom Industries with minimum 03 years' experience in the senior position as General Manager/Senior Executive Vice President/ Director (MNCs/Telecom) or equivalent in the applied role having the experience of managing workforce of 5000 people of any organization. Masters degree. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications or specialized academic degrees in Human Resources Management.
