Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Enrollment in Bangladesh Bar Council
∎ Skills Required: analytical and decision making ability, Good Liaison Communication Skill with Govt. Non Govt. personnel, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Lawyer, Company Law, Land Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Instructing and supervising external solicitors in litigation and other legal matters.
∎ Dealing with any kind of hearing of the courts with regard to company interest.
∎ Reviewing ongoing cases and advice the top management for further legal process.
∎ Maintaining liaison with relevant departments to ensure all kind of legal protection, when needed.
∎ Drafting and vetting various types of legal and Corporate Agreements ,where a legal interest is a priority.
∎ Following up trade mark related issues.
∎ Supervising and instructing the team to achieve land registration goal within targeted time.
∎ Taking initiative to secure the purchased land by demarcation and taking possession.
∎ Coordinating on disputed issues with lawyers , concerned police stations Govt. and Non Govt. Organization when necessary.
∎ Registering trade mark including patent design, RJSC registration, trade mark related all legal disputes and any other para legal jobs.
∎ Performing any other task as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 32 years
