Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute ERP strategies aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and continuous optimization.
∎ Lead and mentor ERP teams, including developers, analysts, and consultants.
∎ Manage and monitor LAN/WAN networks and ensure stable and secure network connections.
∎ Configure and maintain mikrotik routers, switches, and access points.
∎ Oversee internet connectivity, firewall, and Wi-Fi systems to ensure high availability.
∎ Traffic Insight, Intrusion Prevention (IPS), Web application security, Policy Deployment based on Regular Traffic threat, User authentication, Site or service activation on the web, and application category for threat management.
∎ Service up gradation, Required risk analysis, Management, Storage handling, Update or New Service Deployment.
∎ Mail Security Threat Management, regular threat diagnosis, User Activation, Risk assessment.
∎ Regular Day to day updates, upgradation, troubleshooting, User authentication, Hybrid backup generate, activities and storage monitoring. Required security and health checkup.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
∎ Manage inventory and maintenance of IT hardware and accessories.
∎ Supervise repair and servicing of printers, desktops, laptops, and other devices.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems.
∎ Monitor performance and ensure secure video storage and retrieval.
∎ Support and manage payroll and other business-critical software applications.
∎ tally software daily update ensure.
∎ Perform software installations, updates, backups, and license management.
∎ Provide timely technical support to internal users. Perform software installations, updates, backups, and license management.
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
∎ Maintain IT support logs and ensure prompt resolution of service requests.
∎ Ensure effective communication with users to understand and resolve their IT concerns.
∎ Provide training and assistance on basic IT usage and company software.
