Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the entire functions of IT department, including infrastructure and applications.
∎ Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems etc.)
∎ Maintain liaise with other departments and determining & addressing their IT needs and requirements.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance in a timely manner.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate consultation with the stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementation.
∎ Review hardware and software acquisition & maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale.
∎ Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staffs.
∎ Stay up to date on security risks and ensure proper corporate security.
∎ Lead the SAP Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge and experience on SAP will be given preference.
∎ Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
∎ Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
∎ Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
