Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc Engineering degree in CSE/ EEE/ ECE/ ETE from any UGC approved local University or reputed foreign university with satisfactory academic track record. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management and ensure delivery related to core applications like Core Banking, Internet Banking for Retail & Corporate. Cash Management, Trade services, Supply Chain Finance, Wallet, Agent Banking, Treasury System etc.
∎ Design and manage changes related to any application,
∎ Ensure performance and quality of Core and Enterprise application services to fulfill business objective.
∎ All kinds of services management of Core and Enterprise applications.
∎ Manage all core & enterprise application development activities to support all business unit.
∎ Ensure agity, performance and quality of core and enterprise application development by following global standard and IS benchmark.
∎ Manage and maintain developed applications.
∎ Manage and support enterprise applications (i.e. ERP, ESBI Container, API Getaway, Document Management, LOS origination, loan management, loan collection. Mobile Application etc).
∎ Change management and customization according to board approved policy, procedure & guideline.
∎ Ensure performance and quality of application operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years' experience in CBS & Enterprise Application track.
∎ Certification on relevant track is preferred.
∎ Knowledge of CBS system considering different vertical of business like retail, corporate, Islamic and other peripheral systems in a bank.
∎ Experience in architecting solutions for large enterprise systems in the BFSI space.
∎ Exposure expected in Design Pattems, Micro-services Architecture, API Frameworks, Cloud Native Solutions, Cloud Architecture and Principles, UI/UX Frameworks, Front end technologies, Middle ware technologies, Database.
∎ Possesses strong communication, presentation skills and an ability to interact positively with the other stakeholders.
∎ Critical thinking, skeptic judgment and proactive decision making.
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina.
