Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in any discipline from any recognized educational institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years job experience including 03-05 years relevant experience in banks as Head/Deputy Head of Islamic Banking Wing or having experience in formation of Islamic Bank.
∎ Able to develop roadmap for Islamic Banking wing, Islamic Banking Product Initiation & Offerings and aware of related technologies, marketing & legal compliances to become leader in marketplace.
∎ Assist Senior Management in formulating and executing innovating Islamic Banking products, aiming to achieve the business targets.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of new service and perform post implementation review after launch.
∎ Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.
∎ Strong customer focus and orientation with both retail and corporate customer.
