Reporting/Presentation Skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Review the functional processes in the organization and confirm that the processes are good enough to protect the company’s interest, enhance profitability and quality.
Prepare audit plan and conduct process audit as per audit plan.
Make periodic audit presentation to the management highlighting the risks that have surfaced due to violation of processes and with recommendations.
To conduct surprise audit on cash, inventory etc. as well as to conduct special audit as per management instruction.
Train, lead and coordinate the audit team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
