Claims Processing (Insurance)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marine insurance: ltem/Goods wise risk coverage/Tariff rate selection,
∎ Special tariff, any kind of amendment, monthly statement collection
∎ from insurance company, rearrangement monthly statement, Yearly statement, file
∎ processing.
∎ Claim: Claim related all activities. Refund: Refund related all activities.
∎ Bill Checking: insurance related bill checking.
∎ Fire insurance: Fire Claim related activities.
∎ Group insurance: Group insurance Related activities (Employee data
∎ collection, provide insurance co., Bill and payment, Claim settlement,
∎ Yearly statement, If any required.)
∎ Operational Work: lf need any Operational work (Meeting with related
∎ Unit/HRM/insurance Company., Offer Letter, RFo etc.)
∎ Po/Payment: Cheque Received, check with Cover note, statement ready
∎ & hand over to Responsible Officer / Insurance premium payment
∎ related activities.
∎ Co-ordination with related persons/departments (Sourcing/commercial,
∎ Finance & Accounts, Fixed Assets, Audit, Purchase Monitor Etc.)
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proper knowledge about Insurance Act, Law, Underwriting, Claim etc.
∎ Working experience in Oracle Software will get preference.
∎ Team working ability.
∎ Efficient in both English & Bengali.
∎ Typing skill in both Bengali & English
