Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies for fundraising and resource mobilization.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with donors, CSR partners, and international development agencies to secure financial and technical support.
∎ Provide visionary leadership to all three institutes ensuring alignment with the foundation’s mission and strategic goals.
∎ Oversee day-to-day administration, planning, and management of AFA, ATI, and ASTI.
∎ Lead a high-performing team, assigning roles and supervising faculty, administrative, and project staff.
∎ Ensure institutional compliance with regulatory, academic, and operational standards.
∎ Design and develop project proposals, Skills Development Projects (SDPs), reports, databases, Terms of Reference (ToRs), and define Areas of Intervention (AOIs).
∎ Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams for successful and timely project execution.
∎ Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure they meet donor expectations, industry needs, and internal KPIs.
∎ Liaise with government and regulatory bodies such as NSDA, BTEB, and relevant ministries.
∎ Represent the institutes in high-level forums, industry associations, and donor platforms.
∎ Foster strategic partnerships with national and international organizations, academic institutions, and industry leaders.
∎ Ensure the development and continuous improvement of training curricula based on national competency standards and industry demands.
∎ Coordinate training programs that align with technological advancements, market needs, and student career pathways
