1. Prepare and review production schedules, line plans, T&A, and engineering procedures.

2. Minimize production costs against target CM while ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

3. Implement Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, TPM, and other continuous improvement tools to enhance productivity and OEE.

4. Conduct capacity planning, workload forecasting, and strategic production execution.

5. Apply statistical and analytical methods to evaluate processes, improve efficiency, and reduce non-productive time, defects, and wastage.

6. Recommend effective utilization of space, manpower, materials, and equipment within production facilities.

7. Calculate and finalize product SMV, CM, and assist in product costing and capacity assurance.

8. Manage line balancing, process engineering, and time & motion studies to improve operational flow.

9. Support operator performance analysis and assist in salary grading decisions.

10. Carry out pre- and post-order costing in collaboration with the Merchandising team.

11. Set up base targets for various operations and oversee line incentive implementation.

12. Prepare monthly manpower projections and ensure cost reduction through waste minimization.
