• Follow up on daily knitting and dyeing production activities, ensuring alignment with daily and weekly targets as per the Time & Action (T&A) plan.

• Communicate with merchandisers to resolve pending issues such as lab dips, shade approvals, quality swatches, and booking corrections.

• Monitor yarn in-house status to ensure timely availability according to the T&A schedule.

• Oversee knitting planning, tracking machine-wise and diameter-wise allocation and progress.

• Supervise dyeing plans, ensuring machine-wise scheduling is executed effectively and on time.

• Ensure finished fabric delivery is met as per the committed timeline and T&A.

• Monitor batching to ensure it aligns with the planned T&A, minimizing or eliminating unplanned batching activities.

• Continuously follow up on orders from cut to ship, ensuring smooth workflow across all production stages.

• Maintain strong coordination among the yarn, knitting, dyeing, and merchandising teams to eliminate production obstacles.

• Track and analyze Plan vs Achievement for knitting, dyeing, and garment production to improve planning accuracy.
