- Age 45 to 55 years
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior HR Leadership role.
Experiences with HR (HRM) software.
Strong track record in building and scaling HR function in high-growth environment. Experience in Hospital Management will be considered additional qualification.
Deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, employee engagement and organizational design.
Exceptional communication, influence and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands on when needed.
