∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Factory HR Operations, Feed production, Government Liaison, Steel manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Steel
∎ To lead & run each & every aspect of HR and administrative operations of the factory.
∎ To monitor all the legal and EHS issues.
∎ Monitor and implement company's compliance policy
∎ Monitoring leave record as per labor law & company's policy
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
∎ Coordination for Employee Recruitment, Induction, Confirmation, Separation & personal file management
∎ Employee Relation, Employee Grievance & Disciplinary action
∎ Look after company's administrative issues, Procurement, Event management, Rent & utilities
∎ Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure
∎ Updating all kinds of governmental license for factory
∎ Security Management at factory
∎ Vendor / Supplier Management
∎ To maintain liaison with other concerns of the group, Head Office with other departments.
∎ Any other task as & when required by the Authority
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
