Job Context:
∎ This is 100% export oriented fully compliance Auto-Jacquard Sweater Industry) requires Head of HR & Admin for its Sweater factory. Our Motto is quality product & on-time shipment, we are Inviting applications from well administrative experienced, energetic, hardworking and honest candidates to fulfill the below requirement for RMG sector of sweater Unit:
∎ We are looking for interested candidates as a Head of HR, Admin & Compliance who has experienced in Auto Jacquard Sweater sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preference to be given to the retired Army persons. Who will follow the company rules as strictly as Army and able to establish discipline strongly in the factory. If needed he would be amendment the existing policy for proper functioning.
∎ Taking full responsibility of HR, Admin & Compliance department.
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Ensure HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, Training & Development.
∎ Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/HIGG/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ C-TPAT/ ISO (QMS/ EMS/ OHSAS) and others certifications Audit.
∎ To ensure discipline in the factory. Ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
∎ To ensure a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staff, and management personnel in the factory.
∎ To establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, creativity and teamwork. To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation and make sure that the policies are duly implemented.
∎ Develop policy guidelines, interpret and ensure implementation concerning to HR,
∎ Administration and entire Compliance issues with local laws, regulations and different buyers requirements. Play the role of company custodian for preservation/conservation of company confidential documents, agreements in safe and sound manner with entire satisfaction of Management.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ To control, direct monitor & motivate the department employees.
∎ Liaise with merchandising, Production and QA Department in order to achieve world class export quality products.
∎ Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
∎ Any other task will be assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Human Resources & Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ 100% export Oriented Fully Compliant Auto-Jacquard Sweater Industry
∎ Should be a self-starter and proactive.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Familiar with computer usage.
∎ Good problem solving skills.
∎ Candidate Having PGD in HRM will get Preference.
