Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Implement and practice corporate HR policies, formulate SBU specific policies & strategies as per business needs, create awareness & communicate effectively to all concerned.

  • Source & recruit skilled and competent personnel as per HR planning/ budget and manage the talent pool.

  • Implement performance-based evaluation system across the group and prepare training roadmap and roll out the plan accordingly.

  • Advise and guide the SBU HR and functional managers on employee relations and ensure congenial IR (industrial relations) environment and provide appropriate advices while dealing with workers` representatives.

  • Ensure development and maintenance of HR information system.

  • Obtain and establish compliance standards and carryout regular assessment and gap analysis for individual buyers’ compliance requirements along with standard compliance manual(s) and group policy.

  • Maintain close liaison with all the relevant Govt. offices and trade bodies for required operational support.
