• Must Need Lingerie Experience.

• At least 8-10 years experience as the same designation.

• Must need Gerber software.

• Developing, altering, and grading patterns (using Gerber software) based on buyer tech packs, ensuring accuracy for various sizes.

• Run the CAD & pattern processes as per SOPs.

• Communicate with marketing team & pass the Consumption on time.

• Communicate with production/technical team about CAD / Pattern related information & Provide quick support to the cutting department for fulfill production marker requirements.

• Managing the creation of all types of samples, including proto, fit, size sets, and pre-production (PP) samples.

• Analyzing fit issues, implementing buyer comments, and approving samples before bulk production.

• Creating accurate markers for sampling and production to maximize fabric utilization.

• Acting as the bridge between designers/buyers and the production team, offering technical advice on construction, sewing, and material behavior.

• Leading the sample team, scheduling, and ensuring timely submission of samples.

• Calculating accurate fabric and material consumption to ensure cost-effective production.

• Proficiency in handling delicate fabrics (lace, mesh, silk) and specific sewing techniques.

• Expert knowledge in bra cup molding, underwire, and bonding/lamination techniques.
