Responsibilities & Context:

1. Lead fit development for activewear styles including leggings, sports bras, tops, and performance outerwear

2. Review, interpret, and approve tech packs, measurement charts, and construction details

3. Conduct and lead fit sessions (physical and virtual) with internal teams and buyers

4. Provide clear, accurate, and timely fit, measurement, and construction comments

5. Ensure correct fabric, trims, and components are selected for performance requirements (stretch, recovery, durability)

6. Evaluate fabric and garment performance including shrinkage, colorfastness, pilling, and wash durability

7. Support innovation in fabrics, bonding, seamless construction, compression, and performance finishes

8. Monitor pilot, pre-production, and bulk production for technical accuracy and consistency

9. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues during sampling and bulk production stages

10. Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and AQL requirements

11. Act as the main technical point of contact for buyers and brand technical teams

12. Coordinate with merchandising, production, QA, and factory teams to ensure smooth workflow

13. Support buyer meetings, fit approvals, audits, and technical discussions

14. Ensure compliance with buyer standards, testing protocols, and RSL/MRSL requirements

15. Maintain and control technical documentation, approvals, and testing records

16. Guide, train, and mentor technical and fit team members

17. Develop technical capability and continuous improvement within the organization

18. Plan and manage technical workload to meet sampling and production timelines
