Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate, preferably from Business discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification of risk related to the RMG facilities.
∎ Selecting potential borrowers and visit them as part of business promotion.
∎ Ensure that the recommendation for approval of the credit facilities has been made in conformity with the bank’s credit policy, guidelines, regulations and credit norms of the Bank and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure that the recommendation falls under the purview of the Bank’s lending cap, industry preference, liquidity preference, tenure preference and other considerable factors.
∎ Monitor and control account performance of the customer’s facility to avoid potential risk and optimize account profitability. Besides, change the Risk Rating as and when required.
∎ Random visit the existing & potential customers & keep the under clients under close monitoring based on monthly/quarterly basis reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in credit functions in the following areas:
∎ -Bank
∎ Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
∎ At least 5 years in garments department of CRM Division with 3 years’ experience as Head of Garments department
