∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance & Banking
Experience Requirements:

Accounting and Finance, Accounts, Corporate Finance, Finance Management, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulates and administers financial and procurement policy and develops best practices in the Company.
∎ Draws strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year.
∎ Ensures that all rules and regulations of the Company, the Statutory/Regulatory bodies, the Company laws, Security & Exchange Rules are fully in compliance.
∎ Assists and advises the Managing Director of the Company in matters of financial decisions and briefs the Board members with finance related information.
∎ Leads the budget preparation process and finalises it.
∎ Responsible for the strategic sourcing and management of spend with all third-party suppliers to meet business needs
∎ Lead the procurement activities in all portfolios within country to generate GAP/Cash Flow saving, achieving required KPIs ensuring that these align to the Global and Regional/Cluster procurement initiatives and business strategies.
∎ Establishes standardised systems and processes for various financial and procurement operations and ensures development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
∎ Creates a culture of financial discipline by ensuring the implementation of management and financial management systems and processes across the organization
∎ Present the financials to the Board and Country Leadership Team
∎ Manages key financial risks including that of Treasury and Insurance and update the Board time to time
∎ Formulates and administers financial policy, accounting practices and reporting system in the Company.
∎ Strives to achieve cost control through judicious control over the sourcing, commercial planning, contracts and taxation matters.
∎ Guiding and mentoring the in-country procurement and finance team members as necessary to achieve the above.
