Experience:

• At least 5 years

• CMA intermediate, master's degree with total 5 years of work experience.

• Large company experience, preferably in multinational organizations

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field

• At least 5 years

Technical Skills:      

• Must have Finance & Accounting skills, Reporting skills and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills

• Knowledge of appropriate business and marketing principles and practices related to revenue generated activities in the private sector

• SAP FI & MM module to maintain high standard of documentation

• Thorough knowledge of contract administration

• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.

• Timely completion of the assigned job to meet various targets (Group & local), is also a challenge for the job, where time is a limiting factor

IT Skills:     

• Experienced in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

Competencies:

• Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, conflict resolution)

• Work closely with Managers and other officers in various locations within the country, external organizations including industry and legislative bodies.

• Collaboration with other functions

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor daily / monthly revenue and debtors reports

• Monitor daily and monthly collection

• Handle Indirect taxation on independent basis (Return, VAT credit, VAT Audit, Interaction with department on regular basis, support to EY/ Consultant for past VAT audit and other pending cases)

• Inter Company payment handling / Import payments

• Collection entries and reporting (Including BRS clean up)

• Filling of TDS & VDS return

• Business support for Customer master and other related queries / analysis etc.

• Support in Income Tax & VAT audit

• Statutory Audit support

• Internal control compliance on sales pricing, discount and credits.

• Manage Sales and VAT accounting in compliance with rules & regulations of the country.

• Attend hearings against appeals to the VAT legislative bodies.

• Implement changes in VAT rules & regulations

• Ensure recording of cylinder deposits and updates in the register monthly

• Confirm return of cylinders where before refund of the security deposit to customer

• Reconcile GL balance of cylinder security deposit with CDR module

• Manage import purchase account, tracking of L/C payments and timely processing of invoices and payments

• Monitor monthly fixed asset capitalization

• Debtors open item management:

• Dunning process running.

• Coordination with ACE for foreign/local purchase accounting.
