∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Head of Finance & Accounts will lead the financial management and accounting functions of the organization. This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial regulations, and a proven track record in financial analysis and reporting.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
∎ • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
∎ • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ • Monitor cash flow and ensure the company has adequate liquidity to meet its operational needs.
∎ • Identify and mitigate financial risks; ensure robust internal controls are in place.
∎ • Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
∎ • Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders; act as a liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
∎ • Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
