Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Head of Factory Operations to oversee activities across various departments. The responsibilities of a head of the factory include formulating strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation of IT systems. You should also design policies and ensure that customer service is up to standard.
∎ To be successful as a head of factory operations, the ideal incumbent should demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills, exhibit strong business acumen, as well as a commitment to productivity. Ultimately, a competent Head of Factory Operations should ensure staff productivity.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) Meeting company set target by complying with all standard parameters of the company.
∎ b) Creating strategies with senior management to streamline factory operations.
∎ c) Developing policies that will correlate with strategies.
∎ d) Implementing effective processes and standards.
∎ e) Overseeing compliance with regulations.
∎ f) Reporting on operational progress.
∎ g) Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workforce.
∎ h) Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ i) Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ j) Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ k) Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
∎ l) Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ m) Motivating the factory workforce by maintaining a congenial work environment.
∎ n) Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
∎ o) Ensure the proper sourcing of the machinery and raw materials along with maintaining proper supply chain procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, decision-making ability, leadership ability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, result-oriented, team-oriented, negotiation skills, and great executor.
∎ Additional Requirement:
∎ a. Ability to work under pressure.
∎ b. Good operating skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Excellent in advanced MS Excel software.
∎ c. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
