∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth factory operations to meet production target & delivery deadlines.
∎ Formulate and implement relevant methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding operation to achieve better quality and productivity
∎ To ensure overall management of the factory with special emphasis on administration and human resource management in accordance with existing organizational policies as well as national and international laws and regulations.
∎ To monitoring daily, weekly and monthly stocks of raw materials, spare parts, fuel, chemicals, etc. and ensure timely requisition of those through SAP software to SCM
∎ To set individual KPIs and building the team capability and improve processes of the plant operations.
∎ Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization by reducing wastes to increase productivity and profitability.
∎ To increase the capacity and skills of maintenance team to operate in-house workshop in order to ensure timely installations & maintenance of all machineries'/equipment's.
∎ To ensure compliance by implementing of IMS, EMS, ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, 5S, Six Sigma, TQM in factory operations.
∎ To develop project planning, budgeting, monitoring and implementation of new project in alignment with local & foreign consultant.
