∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales: Ensuring primary/ secondary sales in all the listed/prospective retail points in particular territory.
∎ Trade Relationship: Develop & maintain sustainable trade relationship with Dealers.
∎ Trade Engagement: Consistently engage trade in various business activities for business growth.
∎ Channel Expansion: Expanding distribution channel in designated territory to the optimum level.
∎ Campaign Execution: Executing trade & workshop campaigns abiding by the company guidelines.
∎ Merchandising: Manage merchandising in the trade level for the optimum visibility.
∎ Reporting : Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record and strong drive for results.
∎ Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Basic Knowledge on distribution Expertise on channel partner management
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Experience in electronic industry will be an added advantage

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Lucrative Target base Sales Incentive
