• BSc / MSc (Animal husbandry / Fisheries / DVM

• Minimum 10 Years Practical Experience in any reputed Feed Mills.
• Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company.
• Must have ability to implement different tools and technology for smooth operations in the factory.
• Sound knowledge on Technology like MS office, ERP software, etc.
• Knowledge in regard to the proper nutrition of feed in case of feed formulation.

• Responsible for all daily administration as well as operations activities in the factory.
• To be responsible for overall monitoring production of the factory as per quality standard set by the Management.
• Responsible for overall management of different shift with ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
• Ensure production efficiency at every stage of manufacturing process with minimize the production cost.
• Monitored QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
• Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
• Planning and coordinating of material purchases to maintain adequate supply of material inventory to minimize downtime in the production process.
• Preparing & developing production plan in coordination with corporate office to achieve targets.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Ensure proper utilization of company tangible and intangible assets.
• Promote and implementing policies in line with the statutory regulations and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Any other task as assigned by management.
