Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories

• Age 35 to 60 years
• Only Male

• Highly experienced in setting up the SKD, SMT, Charger & battery factory completely

• Ensure renewal of all licenses/ certificates/ permits for factories.

• Arrange and manage the production unit machines by maintaining a proper sequence of operations to ensure the best workflow.

• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility.

• Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.

• Control & monitor the overall administrative work of the factory to ensure smooth production & factory operations.

• Keep a close eye on attaining acceptable production limits and ensuring the implementation of the production schedule.

• Ensure proper planning to ensure smooth operations within the team.

• Make necessary arrangements to training for subordinates to increase production capacity by following modern production procedures.

• Take an active role while formulating the policies of the factory.

• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities.

• Resolve any untoward internal & external incidents of the factories through proper channels.
