∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Additional Requirements:
∎ Highly experienced in setting up the SKD, SMT, Charger & battery factory completely
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure renewal of all licenses/ certificates/ permits for factories.
∎ Arrange and manage the production unit machines by maintaining a proper sequence of operations to ensure the best workflow.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility.
∎ Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
∎ Control & monitor the overall administrative work of the factory to ensure smooth production & factory operation.
∎ Keep a close eye on attaining acceptable production limits and ensuring the implementation of the production schedule.
∎ Ensure proper planning to ensure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Make necessary arrangements to training for subordinates to increase production capacity by following modern production procedures.
∎ Take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory.
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities.
∎ Resolve any untoward internal & external incidents of the factories through proper channels.
