Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemistry for any UGC-approved Institution.
∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adhesive, Factory operations, Paint Coating Chemical or Ink Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Prepare an annual manufacturing plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas on production activities and continuous implementation monitoring.
∎ Optimally make sure that manufacturing units improve on the standard efficiencies in terms of Machine efficiencies, material yields, labor and overhead costs versus budget.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues with the collaboration of concerned department and submitting production report to key decision-makers.
∎ Monitor products standards and also to ensure cost effectiveness of all finished products and implement quality-control programs at all stage.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards as per company policy.
∎ Make sure health and safety guidelines are maintained at all times in entire factory.
∎ Need to make sure Machine, manpower and material utilization to the optimum level of the factory/ floor capacity.
∎ Ensure proper documentation as per company rules and maintenance of departmental files.
∎ NPT (Non-Production Time) has to bring down to minimal and to make sure operation of unutilized time.
∎ Workers & Staffs turnover, migration and absenteeism rate has to maintain and control as per the industry good factory standard.
∎ Man, machine ratio including operator and helper to keep as per the standard set by the management.
∎ Maintain and uphold the individual and department/section KPI in all aspects of SQDE (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency).
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years' relevant working experience along with 03+ years of experience and knowledge in similar role ideally in any adhesive, Mattress and foam product manufacturing company.
∎ Candidates must have product knowledge of foam, mattresses and adhesive items.
∎ Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
