Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in International Development, Community Development, or other relevant Social Sciences discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 - 12 years of extensive experience of business development and project design and partnerships management.
∎ At least 7 years field experience in development, rehabilitation and/or relief programs.
∎ At least 5 years of experiences in Donor relations and networking and marketing.
∎ Donor relations and networking.
∎ Familiarity with key development and humanitarian aid donors.
∎ Excellent English writing skills.
∎ Strong understanding of gender issues in Bangladesh and commitment to promoting the empowerment of women and girls.
∎ Demonstrated learning agility in order to work across broad range of program areas.
∎ Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across teams.
∎ Self-directed, systematic, working to tight deadlines.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
