∎ Must be creative and self motivated.
∎ Ability to understand future trend to fulfill customer's demand.
∎ Should have knowledge of fabrics, printing and washing.
∎ Have to travel alone to attend foreign fare and meeting.
∎ Should have good command on language (especially in English).
∎ Should be capable of using own initiative and managing the sampling process
∎ Ensure samples are feasible for bulk production, with regards to cost and productivity.
∎ Good understanding on buyers sample reviewing process.
∎ Visiting factories/sample room (If necessary)for spec review meeting and 1st piece sample
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good knowledge in fabric wash, trend color combination along with graphic designing. Ability to up date with market trend. Strong capability to search designs from internet and should have the creativity to design as per the market demand Knowledge of denim will be an asset
