Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate from fashion related institution /university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creative sense of design, innovation and style with management skills of product management and team of designers.
∎ Develop well-organized fashion design plans and create new fashion concepts for the entire year focusing on seasons, events and festivals collaborating with team members and taking a lead. This includes making of themes, mood boards and story boards.
∎ Remain up-to-date with the recent trends in the fashion industry, international and national, and discussing and sharing fashion recommendations and analysis on daily basis with the team, thus giving them a direction to design as per the decided themes with infusion of latest trends.
∎ Pre approval of designed samples by the team in agreement with the themes for the season, event or festival.
∎ Need to communicate with buyers.
∎ Design and sample development as assigned by buyers.
∎ Sample design or delivery on the basis of buyer's requirement.
∎ Follow up organize and ensure all required accessories time to time.
∎ Ensure the Design, Color status, Measurement, Quality, as per requirement.
∎ Outgoing print orders for a wide range of clients.
∎ Ensure the Design, Color status, Measurement, Quality, as per requirement.
∎ Should be able to handle production most efficiently.
∎ Need to make the pattern as per the buyer requirement.
∎ Good knowledge on CAD. Marker. Patten etc.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Denim fashion Design, Denim fashion Designing in any reputed local fashion brand, RMG sector (Fashion Technology)
∎ Supervise and follow-up Design team.
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
∎ Train and develop skills of team members for smooth functioning of design and development team.
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Good communications skills on both Bangla and English
