Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing strategies and prepare operating plans to meet the growth and sales objective of the company.
∎ Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.
∎ Conduct surveys to identify potentials markets for new products.
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
∎ Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
∎ Establishes performance goals for all sales employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
∎ Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach.
∎ Lead, coach, monitor, control, develop, motivate sales and marketing team to achieve both individual and company objectives.
∎ Ensuring that all correspondence generated is prepared in accordance with established company guidelines.
∎ Development of the Department and its staff, Training and supporting new staff and managing staff under his/her direct supervision and performs in the best interest to the owners and directors.
∎ Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10-12 years in the sales and marketing management in a large industry and out of which at least 4-5 years as a Head of Marketing in real estate sector.
