Job Context:
∎ Padma Bank Limited is going to recruit competent and experienced banking professional/s ranging from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President for the position of the Head of CRMD - SME, Agri & Women Entrepreneurship (WE).
∎ Nature of Job: Permanent/Contractual
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of handling the SME, Agri & Women Entrepreneur Loan Portfolio of the Bank including Possessing of Proposals for Approval, Renewal, Rescheduling and Full & Final Settlement with/or without waiver in time.
∎ To claim in time from BB under its re-financing scheme and ensure proper recording in the books;
∎ To categorize all classified loans under the "batching" system to indicate probability of recovery; condition of borrowers' business, collateral support, and other relevant metrics;
∎ To ensure regularization of all Legal and Security Documentation within the specified period;
∎ To ensure compliance of all ICCD and Bangladesh Bank's observations;
∎ To ensure collateral to be increased to top up the coverage;
∎ Compliance and status report to be apprised to the competent authority on regular basis;
∎ To ensure strict monitoring and supervision of Unclassified Loans to avoid down gradation;
∎ To ensure strict monitoring and supervision of SMA Loans to avoid down gradation;
∎ To formulate a conducive recovery plan of classified loans and ensure achievement of the same;
∎ To initiate appropriate measures for developing skills of the existing Manpower;
∎ To create a compliance culture within the Branches of the Bank;
∎ To formulate all required policies and manuals and their timely updates.
∎ Other related responsibilities as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 58 years
∎ Minimum 14 years banking experience including hands on experience of CRMD, SME, Agri & Women Entrepreneurship (WE) in any scheduled commercial Bank.
