Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Candidates with 5-10 years of proactive experience in Sales Function with at least 5 years of experience in similar/top managerial position in the relevant industry (Pharmacy, Telecom or any other multinational company) will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Branding, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Proven work experience in sales and marketing preferably healthcare

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and drive the DocTime corporate Sales working closely with the top management.
∎ Sell DocTime enterprise healthcare packages to various corporate and medium organizations.
∎ Responsible for planning and executing all Corporate Sales activities, including building strategies, managing product listings and pricing strategies, conducting market analysis, preparing sales proposals and providing sales services;
∎ Provide account service to corporate clients to maintain a good relationship and to generate new business opportunities
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective corporate clients and partners.
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, competitor analysis, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners and clients.
∎ Work closely with internal departments to ensure product quality and achieve on-time fulfillment.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
∎ Mature, responsible, careful
∎ Proven ability in driving visible business results
∎ Outgoing, aggressive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and collaborate with others as a team.
∎ Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
∎ Good command of spoken English & Bengali

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Base fixed salary + a commission on sale. Potential to earn up to 2 Lac per month) Depending on the length of experience, field expertise, industry exposure, the market value of skill sets acquired, the company may offer a higher compensation package than indicated above to acquire candidate`s services for full-time employment.
