- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Diploma in Livestock
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
Requirements:

Skills Required: Agro Farm Management,COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT,Farm Management,Layer Farm,Poultry Farm Management
Additional Requirements:
- Age 40 to 55 years
- Only Male
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a poultry hatchery.
Strong understanding of incubation, chick quality, and hatchery biosecurity protocols.
Effective leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
New Farm selection, Existing Farm visit.
Observe Farm Management & ensure good bio security on the farm.
Prepare weekly & monthly branch status reports.
Treatment of disease-affected farms.
Assurance of good quality feed, chicks & medicine delivered to the farms. ·
Arrange training at the field level.
Control & monitoring of all types of activity of the line officer.
Maintain good communication with farmers.
Daily sales report & monitoring.
Bird stock preparation & monitoring, and daily sales planning with the sales officer. ·
Discuss & monitor the daily bird lifting schedule.
Daily market analysis and fix sales rate, meeting with a live broiler sales agent.
Control and monitor all types of sales team activity.
Maintain office decorum and a good work environment.
