Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank Card Division

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitor and administer activities of team ensuring smooth operation of the Card systems.
∎ Proactive and self-driven to achieve targets in terms of achieving Banks objectives.
∎ Capable of strong administrative skills and efficient in daily operation of a full-fledged Card Systems. (System administration, operations, and payment scheme rules and regulation) Oversee internal and external day-to-day Card Systems operations, providing overall management of technology vendor(s) and a comprehensive on-going IT Card related project management plan.
∎ Ensure timely Project implementation with payment scheme
∎ Monitoring regular activities of team as assigned including: system operation, Configuration, backup and recovery, all "System Administrator" tasks;
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 years’ experience in bank out of which at least 6 years in card division
∎ Experience in card systems data migration and PCI DSS implementation will be considered as added advantage
∎ Primary knowledge of Bangladesh Bank ICT Policy, Audit and Compliance procedure of a large commercial bank
∎ Business knowledge of Card system parameter and setup as well as comprehensive knowledge in implementing payment scheme related projects
