∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the fast-growing coal business with a high degree of business acumen.
∎ Lead the strategic planning, process setting the targets for whole Business and regularly update the targets.
∎ Ensure achievement of both top-line and bottom-line targets of coal business
∎ Oversee the implementations of the sales, marketing strategy.
∎ Plan & execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new & existing product and services;
∎ Re-design the key solution for operational issues which will impact on quality improvement with a positive impact on revenue.
∎ Developing complex business strategies which concentrate augmenting the revenue & achieving top line profitability.
∎ Lead the periodic (quarterly) efficiency drive ensuring lean operation and constant improvement inefficiency.
∎ Ensuring the procurement of the best value coal at best prices.
∎ Effectively managing all the activities related coal business and contracts, and ensuring control over business to ensure the growth continuously
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
