∎ Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Hospitality Management and/or Business Administration, or in a related field.
∎ Professional Certification in Food & Beverage/Hospitality is a must.
∎ Skills Required: Data analysis and presentation, Excellent communication, Good Ms office and Emailing skill, Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and enforcing operational standards to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
∎ Overseeing inventory management, ensuring optimal levels of supplies to meet demand.
∎ Upholding high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service by conducting regular audits.
∎ Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance service quality.
∎ Implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
∎ Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Implement initiatives that contribute to the restaurant's positive public image.
∎ Developing, implementing, and managing financial planning processes and conducting regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Led the annual budgeting process to establish realistic and achievable financial goals as well as monitor budget performance, identifying and addressing variances promptly.
∎ Implementing cost control measures to optimize food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Identifying opportunities for revenue growth, including menu optimization, pricing strategies, and promotions.
∎ Monitoring sales trends and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
∎ Reporting on operational performance, targets & achievement and suggesting improvements in business review meetings with management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
∎ Strong knowledge of front and back-end operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety compliance as per local law.
∎ Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability.
∎ Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
∎ Excellent communication, reporting, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Passion for the Food and beverage industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
∎ Financial acumen and budget management experience.
∎ Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
∎ (Negotiable for deserving candidates)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
