∎ We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Business to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
∎ The Head of Business directs the business development activities of the organization and drives the new sales business for the company playing key role in the company`s business growth:
∎ Purpose:
∎ To direct, promote and coordinate business operations in a manner that will help achieve company`s mission, objective and goals.
∎ Develop, maintain and improve organizational efficiency to optimize sales (Loan products) and revenue generation and maximize profitability.
∎ The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide team regarding marketing strategy aligned with the strategy, vision, mission of the company, current situation of the market.
∎ Develop and review goal based on objectives set by the management and communicate it to team. Act as a middle point for Management and employees.
∎ Conduct meeting with BDM on a regular/ adhoc basis and weekly meeting with the full SME team for initial discussion of the proposal in hand, market feedback, knowledge sharing and budget variance.
∎ Regular market visits as per team requirement.
∎ Visit prospective clients as and when required by the business and client.
∎ Review financial, liability position to judge the merit of the proposal before placing the proposal to CRM and recommend the amount, terms & conditions for approval.
∎ Supervising the activities of team for meeting query/ requirements with related parties (various internal department, valuator company etc.) till disbursement along with TAT and Co-ordinate among related parties within the approval process.
∎ Supervising team to maintain relationship with the existing clients along with their guarantors for
∎ Ensuring Smooth repayment
∎ Taking appropriate measures to safeguard Business portfolio, its growth & profitability
∎ Understanding the current Business/ Market condition
∎ Addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly.
∎ Conduct monitoring meeting every month with the business teams.
∎ Supervising Post disbursed Asset & Mortgaged property inspection
∎ Negotiation with clients for restructuring/rescheduling/ settlement and taking responsibilities of preparing & recommending the proposal to CRM/ Operation end.
∎ Keeping track of achievement of all targets.
∎ Reviewing daily/ weekly dashboard/MIS relating to new business, portfolio, collection, foreclosure, customer's requirements etc.
∎ Ensuring the sector wise & product wise portfolio, compliance in accordance with the CMSME guideline of Bangladesh Bank and company policy.
∎ Evaluate team performance in line with company's policy and target.
∎ Review progress as compared to goals, budget and targets.
∎ Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate.
∎ Develop business strategies and plans for procuring new businesses fit the Company.
∎ Taking into account the market opportunity/growth potential and monitor closely the competitor activity.
∎ Responsible to drive the pipeline management, call reporting management
∎ Support the development and innovation of new products and services.
∎ Implementing new business initiatives across the new business and sales teams.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the business process.
∎ Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly sell NFL Loan products at maximum capacity.
∎ Envisage and design different sales channels for maximizing market penetration.
∎ Ensure consistency of Business plan and performance management.Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Experience in leading multiple teams across the organization.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience conducting credit committee operations.
∎ Proven sales track record
∎ Thorough understanding of Financial Report of the Institution.
∎ Excellent time management and organizational ability
∎ Good communication skills in written as well as spoken bilingual (English & Bangla)
∎ Extensive knowledge of Asset Business & Liability Business
∎ Market knowledge
∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
∎ Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial information
∎ Budgeting & Forecasting
