Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, evaluate, and secure land acquisition opportunities for residential and commercial projects.·
∎ Build strong networks with landowners, brokers, government authorities, and legal consultants.·
∎ Lead negotiations and finalize MoUs, JV agreements, and direct purchase deals.·
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments on potential sites.·         Ensure all due diligence and compliance requirements are met before acquisitions.·
∎ Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and other departments.·         Develop and implement strategic plans for long-term land banking and procurement.·
∎ Monitor team performance and mentor junior staff for continuous development.Requirements:
∎ Experience: Minimum 12 years in land acquisition, real estate development, or procurement (preferably in a leadership role).
∎ Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or any relevant discipline. Skills:
∎ Proven leadership and departmental management skills·
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills·
∎ Deep understanding of local land laws, documentation, and compliance·
∎ Ability to handle high-value deals and partnerships·
