Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any subject from any reputed/UGC approved local or foreign university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discharge the duties & responsibilities of Head of Branch related to Superior Level Customer Service and Relationship Management.
∎ Oversee, monitor and review all activities of the branch as per schedule to work out business and strategic plans for the branch keeping pace with the targeted profitability, growth pattern, cost of fund, net interest income, burden coverage, other profitability ratios etc.
∎ Undertake initiatives to strengthen sound governance, AML and internal control system.
∎ Exercise business, administrative and financial powers as per delegation with due diligence.
∎ Allocate resource by putting budget on the priority
∎ Be responsible for safety and security of cash, Branch premise and valuables of the Branch.
∎ Train employees to raise efficiency level, allocate works among the officers/executives of the branch and ensure effective supervision thereof.
∎ Establish and put into effect a system of checking and cross-checking transactions within the branch.
∎ Scrutinize loan proposals before recommending to CRM.
∎ Ensure compliance to all circulated policy guidelines framed by concerned desk and approved by the Board of Directors.
∎ Ensure that the conduct of business of the Branch runs in compliance with all norms, practices, rules and regulations in force.
∎ Play an effective role as a Dynamic Leader to enhance the image of the Bank.
∎ Be engaged with development activities of the branch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of more than 5 years in branch leadership role.
∎ Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Bengali.
