Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to Launch Agent Banking Outlet throughout the whole Country to serve the un-banked community.
∎ Responsible for developing & executing Distribution, Customer Acquisition through Agent Outlet, Merchandising, Communication, Product development and Company business priorities in Financial Services.
∎ Strategic driver for all company business strategies in this channel.
∎ Responsible for developing Head office Agent Banking Team and Regional Sales & Distribution Team for this Agent Banking Channel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 14 years banking experience including hand on experiences of Agent Banking in any scheduled commercial Bank
∎ Must have leadership, analytical and effective decision making skill to promote and adopt Agent Banking service.
∎ Able to develop roadmap for Agent Banking, Agent Banking product, Initiation & Offering and aware of related technologies, marketing & legal compliance to become leader in market place.
∎ Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carryout assignments.
∎ Ability to deal with clients having positive approach.
