Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 10-15 years banking experience with preferably 03 years experience as Head/Deputy Head of Agent Banking Unit in any scheduled commercial bank. Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
∎ The candidate must have leadership, analytical and effective decision making skill to promote and adopt Agent Banking Services.
∎ Able to develop roadmap for Agent Banking, Agent Banking Product Initiation & Offerings and aware of related technologies, marketing & legal compliances to become leader in marketplace.
∎ Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.
∎ Ability to deal with clients having positive approach
