Responsibilities & Context:
  • Administrative Leadership: Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, facility maintenance, security, and environmental compliance.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the administrative team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and improvement of the plant facilities, including managing relationships with external contractors and service providers.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the plant complies with health and safety regulations, including managing safety programs and conducting regular audits and inspections.
  • Records Management: Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of plant records, including employee files, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the plant and with external stakeholders, ensuring information is disseminated clearly and promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate plant events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance administrative efficiency.
