Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ MBA or master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least CA CC Complete.
∎ International & Bangladesh Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards (IASs, IFRSs, ISAs) & (BASs, BFRSs, BSAs).
∎ Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to manage time effective, Leadership and Good Communication skill., managing profitability and costing rela, Problem solving and decision making, Promotion of process improvement, Quality Management, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Cost & Management Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Strategic business partner to the senior leadership, assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company's long-term strategy.
∎ International & Bangladesh Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards (IASs, IFRSs, ISAs) & (BASs, BFRSs, BSAs)
∎ To lead the overall financial management including forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments and feasibility of future projects etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial and operational goals.
∎ Develop and implement a strategy to ensure efficient and effective fund and working capital management throughout the year.
∎ Liaison and networking with external stakeholders I, e. Bank/Financial Institutes/ Regulatory Bodies and External Auditors
∎ Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the senior leadership and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
∎ Change management through effective communication, leadership, team building, and performance management
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Conducting Statutory or Special Audit, Corporate Tax and VAT Issues, ERP /Automation and Internal Control System.
∎ Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management (Product costing) in alignment with strategic plan, in some extend in collaborations with sister concerns.
∎ Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; prospects expansion; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
∎ Ensure that legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ Mentor and develop the team of direct reports, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
∎ Budget and budgetary control, Product Costing, performance, and Variance analysis
∎ Capital Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and inventory management and control
∎ Effective fund management throws developing professional relations with banks and financial institutes.
∎ Commercial procedure and statutory regulations for Export-import documentation
∎ Term loan, Time Loan, EDF Loan, L /C Landed Cost and profitability, L/C Related work
∎ Risk assessment, strategic planning, Foreign Currency risk management, Internal Audit, and fraud Investigation
∎ Project feasibility and investment analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MBA or master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least CA CC Complete and at least 15 years of applicable business experience of which 10 must be in a financial leadership role.
∎ Experience in the Industrial Gas Company and medical devices of similar industry is also valuable.
∎ Experience in a senior management position.
∎ International & Bangladesh Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards (IASs, IFRSs, ISAs) & (BASs, BFRSs, BSAs)
∎ Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
∎ Experience with corporate governance.
∎ Proven negotiation skills.
∎ Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
∎ Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
∎ Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
∎ International accounting experience preferred.
∎ A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment strong operational focus and a creative thinker.
∎ Ability to navigate through complex financial situations to maximize results.
∎ Strong systems, process and best practices experience.
∎ Well organized and self-directed.
∎ High integrity and honesty.

∎ Knowledge & Hands-on experience on ACCPAC solution will get preference.
