∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the process plant is set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient running of the production facility
∎ Responsible for Issue and control of all kinds of technical documents.
∎ Test new ways to develop products in the lab
∎ Responsible for in process and finished goods sampling request.
∎ Use computer models to work out the safest and most cost-effective production methods
∎ Develop methods to deal with by-products and waste materials in environmentally-friendly way.
∎ Design plant and equipment configuration so that they can be readily adapted to suit the product range and the process technologies involved, taking environmental and economic aspects into account
∎ In process control of chemical test and adjust raw material ratio during production of Nitrous Oxide.
∎ Responsible for issuance and retrieval of BMR & BPR.
∎ Set up scale-up and scale-down processes, including making appropriate changes, to equipment design and configuration
∎ Overseeing the assistant operator and filling man doing their work properly and resolving their problems and then informing to production manager.
∎ Responsible for online process monitoring.
∎ Responsible for monitoring temperature and pressure during production.
∎ Assess options for plant expansion or reconfiguration by developing and testing process simulation models
∎ Design, install and commission new production plants, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting
∎ optimize production by analyzing processes and compiling debottleneck studies
∎ Informing all the problems or fault of the machine to the production manager.
∎ Apply new technologies
∎ Research new products from trial through to commercialization and improve product lines
∎ Ensure that potential safety issues related to the project operator, the environment, the process and the product are considered at all stages
∎ Finished Product Striker/Label/ and Batch release check list.
