∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily schedule of product delivery and Distribution to sales point.
∎ Act as Single point of contact for order placing and visiting to the customer frequently
∎ Mediator between distribution & Customer regarding delivery issues
∎ Provide all backend process support like raising SFDC case, Price Increase implementation, Credit Revisions, Master creations of a new customer etc5. Mediator between front line sales & backend for ensuring smooth customer servic6. Follow up with customers & front-line sales in addition to standard during procedure to ensure timely Collection of dues
∎ Prepare & generate different reports to assist management in weekly business tracking.
∎ Collect market data and implement pricing strategy.
