∎ Strong knowledge of Bangla, Continental, Thai, Indian, Grilling, Frying, and all kinds of desserts with other cooking techniques.
∎ Design innovative and seasonal menus while considering customer preferences and trends.
∎ Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
∎ Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency.
∎ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
∎ Control food costs by managing portion sizes and reducing waste.
