Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Customer Service & HR Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing customer communication while supporting HR and administrative operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Provide information about company facilities, services, packages, and promotions.

  • Manage customer feedback and complaints to ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain customer database and record communication accurately.

  • Follow up with potential clients and assist in converting inquiries into bookings/sales.

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for better customer engagement.
